When you receive enclosures, you will see a special icon in place of the letter or bugle icon. This can be one or both of the following:
Paper clip: The paper clip indicates that the mail item has file enclosures.
Clipboard: The clipboard indicates that the mail item has a clipboard enclosed.
To extract enclosures, simply select the mail item containing the enclosures and click on the “Extract” button in the InBox. You can save each enclosed file to disk with its default name or rename it before saving. Click on the “Cancel” button if you would like to extract that file later. If the clipboard has been enclosed, you will be asked separately if you would like to copy its contents to your Mac’s clipboard.
